Got to agree. Otto's is amazing. We've only been there twice - been meaning to go more often. The first time we went we were both (the wife and I) struggling by the end of the main course and dessert was yet to come. Otto's wife suggested we go for a walk down on the beach and that dessert would be ready when we got back.
The breakfast the next morning was amazing - It's a 3 course meal in itself - I couldn't eat anything for the rest of the day.
Don't get Otto started on the subject of smokehouses and German/EU beauracracy.
I'd definitely recommend a B&B stay for the breakfast alone.
